LAUNCHING JULY 6th and 7th, 2022

The Chupacabras are the follow up collection to our OSOS MUERTOS (Dead Bears) Genesis edition that launch May 31st of this year. The Chupacabras (Goat Sucker in Spanish) will keep the mystical hispanic cultured theme with this beautiful, mystical and fun 10,000 NFT collection coming to OSOS Muertos holders on July 6th and the public on July 7th.

HOW DO I GET A CHUPACABRA?

First we will allow Osos Muertos NFT holders to receive a FREE Chupacabra for EVERY Osos Muertos Dead Bears NFT they own for a 24 hour window starting on July 6th. If you own 12 bears in your wallet, you will be allowed 12 Chupacabras for FREE (just have to pay gas fees) which should be very low as we plan on using the ERC721 smart contract similar to our initial launch. After the 24 hour window expires for holders of record (we will take a snap shot a few days prior to the launch) we will then open the project up to the public and current Osos Muertos holder who want additional Chupacabras to purch as many as they want at .01ETH each (still very affordable).

WHY CHUPACABRAS as a follow up?

We wish to grow our community rapidly and have tons of amazing projects to bring to this amazing and talented group we now call the Osos Muertos family. Our founders want to build the brand while offering the most they can after a FREE MINT, which is additional NFTs at the moment. We are laser focus on growth and brand estatblishment and thus we are keeping the same website, the same discord room and a similar name. Keeping the same mystical, eerie theme based around hispanic folklore is not only a celebration to the large hispanic community but a means to enhance the brand and give value to original holders.

WHAT MAKES THE CHUPACABRAS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PFP PROJECTS?

Our founder had a lot of fun with this art. Mixing is multiple styles of medium whether it be textures, flat colors, or patterns, a visually estetic collection was created which we feel holders will not be disappointed! Rather than have just 1 base character in the series, which upped the game and made 5–with all the same traits! What that means is every unique trait (nearly 200 of them) was made 5 times to fit each body style. We will generate 2000 random Chupacabras for each body style, ultimately giving us a total of 10,000 NFTS full of uniquely themed Chupas. (See Headline picture)

WILL THERE BE 1/1s or SPECIAL NFTS IN THIS PROJECT?

The answer is YES YES YES! We are collectors also as well as creators and we know that 1/1s or “Legendaries” are the treasures of the collection and we are adding 6 different sets of 10 (1/1s) for a combined 60 total! Many of these 1/1s are coming from within our Osos Muertos community. We want to reward our members and allow them to develop their skills and give them a platform to release their artist talents. Similar to our original series, we will have 10 3D Chupacabras, while adding NEW styles such as 10 MUSIC NFTs, 10 AI generated, 10 PopCultureKids, 10 Collaborative mash ups with selected projects and 10 hand drawn and colored using Procreate.
